 Anjali
Sharma a qualified and experienced Dietician is unique blend of
combined approach of Modern Science & Vedic approach. She attained
'Bachelor in Science' with 'honors' from Delhi University
in 'Food and Nutrition' as main subject. She did her Post-
Graduate diploma for specialization in 'Dietetics' and 'Public
Health Nutrition'.
Her
journey for quest of knowledge did not end here she further researched
and studied Ayurvedic- Dietetics and Nutrition aspect that
makes a unique specialist of the subject.
Trained
under Senior Ayurvedic Consultant who happens to be her brother
as well she attained new height, as a "AYURVEDIC DIETETIC
COUNSELLOR". Anjali Sharma has been widely traveled to
Malaysia, Canada & United -States. She
also participated in international Conference of WORLD ASSOCIATION
FOR- VEDIC STUDIES (WAVES) held at university of Massachusetts,
Dartmouth, MA on July 12-14, 2002.
She
has successfully presented unique papers on "Ayurvedic Diet"
aspect in her institute and has been widely acclaimed. She has successfully
completed her internship training at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New
Delhi.
Some
of her major contribution include "Ayurvedic Diet and Nutritional
Counseling" session in Indian International Trade Fair
(IITF) 2001 exhibition held at Pragati Madan, New Delhi.
